多吃粥,多喝汤有助降暑

环境温度过高,空气的湿度大,人体内热量不易散发,热量积存过多,这样会导致体温调节中枢失控而发生疾病,因此,除了注意防暑降温之外,尤其要注意在饮食方面的保健

多吃粥类食品对高温降暑会有一定的帮助。用于防暑的粥品有绿豆粥、荷叶粥、鲜藕粥、生芦根粥等。也可用中药决明子、白菊花、粳米、冰糖适量煮成粥,作为夏秋季的清凉饮料。另外用白心番薯适量加入粳米煮成粥食用,也有解暑发汗的作用。此外,当人出汗比较多,体液损耗比较大的时候,多喝汤既能及时补充水分,又有利于消化吸收。

喝汤最好喝豆类汤,绿豆性凉,具有清热解暑的功效。此外,多吃青菜,如各种豆类、瓜类、小白菜、香菜、小茴香等,在补充营养的同时,也有助于清热解暑。
