瑜伽帮你摆脱“颈”箍咒

颈椎病困扰着越来越多的人,颈椎康复操可改善颈部血液循环,松解粘连的痉挛死亡软组织,不但对颈椎病有独特疗效,无颈椎病者也可起到预防作用。

1翘首望月:吸气,头用力左旋,并尽量后仰,眼看左上方5秒钟,呼气复原后,头再旋向右,看右上方5秒钟。

     

2前屈后伸:呼气,颈部前屈,下颌接近胸骨柄上缘;吸气,颈部伸至最大限度,反复做10次。

     

3左右侧展:吸气时头向左偏,呼气时头还原。接着吸气时头向右偏,呼气时头还原,反复10次。注意颈部保持水平,尽量拉升侧颈的肌肉。

      

4后撑拉伸:身体直立,双脚并拢,双手放于身后互握住,双肩向后展开,手臂伸直尽量上抬,头部后仰,停顿5秒,反复练习10次。

     

5旋肩舒颈:双手置两侧肩部,掌心向下,两臂先由后向前旋转2030次,再由前向后旋转2030次。
