方法:十指叉开,双手的指肚都要对上,用点力气拍。拍手的时间最好在饭前或饭后1小时,可从200下递增到1000下,最好是一边走一边拍。

效果:通调百病。

注意:拍手时身体会出现一些不适,不必慌张,那是正常的排毒反应。
