秋冬补前先排毒

  俗话说“秋冬季进补,熬一冬”。中医认为,秋冬季适当进补能恢复和调节人体各脏器机能。不过要注意,秋冬季补前一定要先排出体内堆积的毒素。

  进入秋冬季,身体新陈代谢速度下降,体内容易堆积代谢的废物或感染病菌,形成中医所说的“毒”。因此保持排毒管道的畅通,进补才能事半功倍。多吃些胡萝卜、大蒜、葡萄等,可帮助肝脏排毒;黄瓜、石榴、木耳、苦瓜等蔬果可帮助肾脏过滤毒素;魔芋、海带、猪血、苹果、蜂蜜、糙米等能帮助肠道排出沉积毒素。此外,秋冬季适当运动出汗,也是加速排毒的好办法。

  另外,经过酷热的夏季,人们大多脾胃功能不佳,此时进补会加重脾胃负担,导致消化功能紊乱。可先吃一些易消化的食物调理脾胃,如鱼、山药、莲子、芡实等。脾胃功能恢复正常后,再用食物排毒。
